We had our refrigeration unit replaced at our home office in Scottsdale on 6 July 2012.

First, we would like to compliment your mechanical technician, Harold. Harold is a quality technician and a quality representative at Wolff. He gave us insight into our options… repair or replace. He was not in a “rush”, and answered all of our questions including a physical review of our unit’s deficiencies. While we understand “salesmanship”, we also understand and appreciate his totally (sic) honesty. We had an 18 year old unit.

Secondly, we would like to compliment your sales representative, Mike Stoffer. He did a thorough review of the existing refrigeration system, and he explained the necessary modifications. He also explained the features of the system that we decided to purchase and have installed.

Thirdly, we would like to compliment your office representative Marsha. She called a day before the scheduled installation to arrange for an installation “start time”. We were EXTREMELY pleased to begin installing our unit at 6:00 AM. Your installation team had better weather conditions and we had refrigeration restored in the morning. Personally, I would have accepted even an earlier start time.

Fourth, we would like to compliment your installation team, Levi Martinez and Angle Campos. They arrived on time at 6:00 AM, 6 July 2012. They were courteous, efficient, customer oriented and informative. They did a good job of cleaning up the job site.
